No hard feelings. Three paths below — pick the one that fits, follow the steps, and you're out.
Cancel my Vault Pass
Stops future billing. You keep access until the end of your current billing period (no proration, no half-refunds — you paid for the month, you keep the month).
- Open the email receipt from Lemon Squeezy for any past charge.
- Click "Manage subscription" in the receipt — this opens the customer portal.
- Click "Cancel subscription" at the bottom. Confirm.
- You'll get a confirmation email. Done.
Lost the email? Email hello@wearectrlz.com from the address on your account and we'll send a fresh portal link within 24 hours.
Request a refund
First-time subscribers get a 14-day refund window. After 14 days, refunds are case-by-case (technical issues, accidental charges, etc).
- Email hello@wearectrlz.com from the email on your account.
- Subject: "Refund request" — that's it, no template needed.
- We'll process within 3 business days and confirm by email.
- Refund typically lands in your bank within 5–10 business days after that (your bank's timeline, not ours).
Auto-cancellation: A refund automatically cancels your subscription and revokes Vault access. You don't need to cancel separately.
Delete my account entirely
Permanently removes your votes, favorites, listening history, fan record, and Vault Pass record. Cannot be undone — you'd need to start fresh.
- Sign in to The Vault.
- Click your email chip (top right corner of the player).
- From the dropdown, click "Delete account…" (in red).
- Confirm in the dialog, type DELETE to verify, submit.
- Your account and personal data are removed instantly.
Active Vault Pass? Cancel it first (Option 01) — deleting the account doesn't auto-cancel ongoing billing through Lemon Squeezy. Delete after the period ends, or request a refund (Option 02) which auto-cancels.
